The Dining Reward Card must be registered within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt by an attendee of a contracted Smith & Wollensky private event. Once registered, the Dining Reward Card may be redeemed for a value of £25, for a la carte dining, for food at Smith & Wollensky London only. Card will be valid for 60 (sixty) days from registration to expiration. The Dining Reward Card is for promotional purposes only. Limit of one card redeemed per check/party per visit. Not refundable or redeemable for cash. Internet distribution or re-sale is strictly prohibited. Not valid with any other offers or discounts. SW Hospitality Europe Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Only redeemable in Smith & Wollensky London, 1-11 John Adam Street, London WC2N 6HT, United Kingdom. The Dining Reward Card must be presented when dining.
