Castello Pomino Frescobaldi, Pomino, Bianco 2018
This Tuscan chardonnay blend combines the refreshing qualities of a dry pinot blanc with more tropical notes of pineapple, luscious peach and green apple. Fantastic with Mediterranean dishes including pasta.
Picpoul de Pinet ‘La Comtesse’, Château du Pinet 2018
An excellent expression of this southern French grape varietal. A delicate, slightly floral nose with a vibrant palate of lemon and subtle stone fruit. This elegant, dry white that goes well with seafood, salad or simply as an aperitif.
Domaine L`Amour Rosé “La Vidaubanaise” 2019
A palate of refreshing strawberry, citrus and crushed, red apple. This fragrant, bone-dry Provence matches well with pork chops, light pasta dishes and tapas.
Vincent Bachelet Maranges 1er Cru ‘La Fussière’ 2018
Red forest fruit, earthy aromas and hints of forest floor show the true pedigree of this young but quite serious Burgundy. A medium body and lasting finish make it the perfect accompaniment for our USDA prime bone-in Ribeye.
“La Lus” Albarossa, Castello Banfi 2017
Dark plum, red cherry and liquorice with pronounced yet enjoyable notes of vanilla. Full bodied, velvety with soft round tannins. A splendid pairing for our USDA prime fillet.
Laurent Martray Vieilles Vignes Brouilly ‘La Folie’ 2017
Dark Fruit, cherry and a hint of bay leaf. Sixty-year-old vines yield rather substantive Beaujolais villages with youthful, chewy tannins. A very nice pairing for our USDA prime Kansas cut.
