Executive Chef, Tom Cook has created a delicious menu showcasing the best of Irish produce such as Guinness braised beef croquettes, Soda bread & whiskey cured gravlax, Oysters Kilpatrick and of course the excellent John Stone Swinging Tomahawk steaks, all served bowl & canapé style, so you don’t have to a take break from the drinking……
It wouldn’t be St Patrick’s Day without plenty of Slane Irish whiskey. Head Barman, Richard Beck has created some delicious cocktails to help with the dancing including the Black Rose Slane Irish Whiskey, Guinness, Lemon Juice, Fresh Grenadine, Black Walnut Bitters and Irish Sea Breeze Slane Irish Whiskey, Martini Bitters, Grapefruit Juice, Lemon, Salt with a Grapefruit and Peychaud’s foam.
Live music will be provided by stomping Irish band Blag who will belting out all the Irish classics as well as some modern pop songs with a Celtic twist, a perfect backdrop for some proper craic!
