Cricket Legend Dinner with Michael Vaughan, 13th October 2016

News & Events 12 Aug 2016

Michael Vaughan assured his place in cricket history with England’s historic Ashes victory in 2005 and has gone on to become one of sport’s most respected commentators. He had already established himself as a technically fluent and composed batsman of the highest standard when he took over the England Test captaincy from Nasser Hussain in 2003. But for all his outstanding strokeplay – and when Michael was on song there were few better batsmen in world cricket – he will be remembered most for capturing the hearts of the nation in leading England to their outstanding 2005 Ashes triumph.
