Inky purple red. Aromas of black currant, liquorice, along with hints of clove and vanilla. This wine is silky smooth, with a deeply structured backbone of fine grain tannins and a long bright finish.

Aromas of cassis, boysenberry, and red fleshed plums with floral and white pepper undertones and a hint of sweet smoke. Juicy with a plush mid-palate and smooth finish. The muscular structure is well integrated with judicious use of new French oak.
