
There’s something special about dining out in the summer. Longer evenings, lighter dishes and the best seasonal ingredients all come together, making it the perfect time to try something new. Our chefs have introduced a selection of seasonal dishes that bring fresh flavours to the menu while sitting perfectly alongside the USDA Prime steaks we’re known for.
To start, our Seared Hand-Dived Scallops are served with tomato, courgette, confit lemon and coriander, creating a fresh, vibrant dish that lets the quality of the scallops shine.The Salmon Tataki is another standout for warmer days. Light yet full of flavour, it’s paired with avocado, compressed cucumber and a chilli and ginger dressing that adds just the right amount of heat.
For something a little different, the Stuffed Courgette Flower combines goat’s cheese, capers, smoked bacon and girolles with a tomato and orange sauce. It’s rich, savoury and full of summer character. If you’re looking for something refreshing, our Whipped Feta is served with peaches, cantaloupe, watermelon and a tomato and olive-basil dressing. Sweet, salty and packed with seasonal flavour, it’s made for sunny lunches and relaxed evenings.
The new main courses are just as tempting.
Our Suffolk Chicken Breast is served Bourguignon-style with a smooth parsnip and coconut milk purée, bringing together classic comfort with a lighter seasonal feel.The Roasted Lamb Rack pairs beautifully with miso-glazed swede, lentils and a fresh mint-dill sauce, while the Chorizo-Crusted Black Cod is served with creamy citrus orzo, courgette and squash for a dish that’s both rich and surprisingly light.
Of course, our signature USDA Prime steaks remain at the heart of the menu, but these new additions offer plenty of reasons to explore something different on your next visit. Whether you’re joining us for lunch with friends, after-work drinks that turn into dinner, or a special occasion, our summer menu is all about making the most of the season.
