Ernest Reid, the Chief Engineer of Cocktails & Cheer at Smith & Wollensky will guide guests through a selection of exciting and unusual Bloody Marys. A brunch favourite both here and across the pond, the Bloody Mary is a house specality at Smith & Wollensky. The masterclass will teach guests how to muddle their own perfect Bloody Mary using a whole range of spices and flavourings including wasabi, olives and chilli.
