We have recreated the Smith & Wollensky dining experience with our legendary hand-butchered steaks and classic side dishes – all cold packed, ready to serve at home with full cooking instructions. The USDA Prime Kansas Cut Bone-In-Sirloin 450g is hand-cut by our in house butcher and dry-aged for 28 days, intensifying the flavour and tenderness. The box comes with two of our classic Smith & Wollensky side dishes, whipped potatoes and creamed spinach or you can choose to have our BBQ side dishes.
