This year’s National BBQ Week is fast approaching, from Monday 29th May – Sunday 4th June, and Smith & Wollensky is the place to be!

Situated in the historic Grade II-listed Adelphi Building just off the Strand, Smith & Wollensky has created a secret BBQ sauce to be served throughout BBQ Week. Made using their own secret blend of herbs and spices, the authentic recipe makes the perfect accompaniment to its impressive variety of hand-selected, marbled steaks.

The boutique American steakhouse uses, imported Montague ‘charbroilers’ which allow their award-winning USDA Prime steaks and chops to be seared on a seriously high heat, locking in delicious flavours and juices. With true field-to-fork traceability, Smith & Wollensky serves the very best American Beef from Greater Omaha, alongside grass-fed British and Irish cuts, which are dry-aged on site for a minimum of 28 days to achieve the utmost tenderness, while intensifying their flavour.

Discerning diners can also choose between two destination bars – one up, one down – adorned with Art Deco tiling and glossy marble surfaces: try one of 30 classic cocktails with a contemporary twist – from Martinis and Manhattans – or a glass of something special from Smith & Wollensky’s award-winning range of old and new world wines, with many available by the glass.
